Schedule: Part Time, Monday to Friday 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Cultivate a culture that promotes inclusion, innovation, productivity, and collaboration.
Build strong relationships, listen intently, and utilize clear & transparent communication.
Sweep, mop, and wash floors, stairs and other surfaces (inside buildings).
Stripping and Refinishing of Floors
Steam cleaning carpets and cleaning windows
Wash glass interior/exterior
Perform high level Cleaning
Perform Construction Cleanup which include various cleaning duties
Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

Prior cleaning experience MUST
Hours must be flexible , lots of weekend work
Driver’s License required, vehicle provided
Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team
Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
Good Communication skills
Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.

Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check.
