About Parkview Dental:
Boasting 9 operatories offering full suite family dentistry including IV sedation, ortho, in house endodontics specialist and a stable and growing patient base that has relied on Parkview Dental for over 15 years.
Located strategically in Brooks vibrant business corridor, with strong hygiene and support team, ensuring a steady flow of patients and a prime location for dental excellence.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
Administer general and preventative dental care to patients of all ages.
Execute restorative and cosmetic procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and veneers.
Conduct oral surgeries and extractions when necessary.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.
Maintain accurate patient records and follow ethical and legal standards.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Licensed to practice dentistry in the province of Alberta.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures is an asset, but new or recent graduates welcome.
Exceptional diagnostic and communication skills.
Strong commitment to patient care, comfort, and satisfaction.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive compensation package at 40% Commission ranging from $400,000 to $600,000 annually, commensurate with experience and performance.
