Are you a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional looking for a new challenge? Frontline Process Solutions is seeking a dynamic outside Salesperson to join our growing team.

The Role:
As a Salesperson at Frontline Process Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Arrange customer visits and make a constant effort to have face-to-face, relationship-building meetings with existing and prospective customers.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
The ability to responsibly manage occasionally lengthy sales cycles while staying focused on the end goal.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales and capital equipment projects, Preferably in the food processing, aggregate, mining or light industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Mechanical knowledge and hand tool proficiency is an asset
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
