About Us
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Brand & Retail Marketing Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience to support brand development, retail marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

Main Tasks and Key Responsibilities
Marketing Content Creation/Digital Marketing
Write, revise, translate, and adapt content for various marketing materials (web banners, web pages and product pages, promotional posters, radio and television commercials for stores, newsletters, documents for the sales team, etc.).
Develop clear and engaging messages tailored to different
target audiences.
Participate in the creation of content for videos, podcasts and other digital initiatives.
Contribute to the optimization of web pages and digital content.
Participate in improving the user experience and showcasing products online.
Support various projects related to digital platforms and e-commerce.
Social Media and Special Projects
Participate in brainstorming sessions and content creation for social media.
Support the execution of contests, partnerships, and collaborations with influencers.
Post content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage and support community engagement (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Contribute to various strategic projects related to innovation, digital content, and brand development.
Sales Team Support
Act as the resource person for the sales team to address their in-store needs.
Create and coordinate customized promotional tools for retailers.
Develop product positioning documents, sales pitches, and competitive analyses.
Product Launches and Brand Management
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Participate in the creation of new concepts, product names, and packaging elements.
Collaborate with internal teams on label development and product positioning.
Support the preparation of marketing materials associated with new product launches.
Marketing Campaigns
Participate in the development of promotional campaigns.
Contribute to the writing of slogans, key messages, and campaign materials.
Ensure brand message consistency across all communication channels.
Trade Shows and Events
Plan, manage, and organize trade shows and other marketing events.
Develop promotional materials for use at events.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and engaging brand experience.
Required Competences and Skills
Excellent understanding of adaptive AI, ability to design marketing ecosystems and analytics tools
Excellent writing skills in English and French (English is required as we have stores across Canada)
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interest in brand marketing, consumer products, and content creation
Analytical mindset and ability to transform information into impactful messages
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
Creativity, curiosity, and a desire to learn
Be meticulous and attentive to details
Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable
Interest in naturopathy / natural products is an asset
Education
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Marketing, or equivalent education 3 - 5 years of brand, retail, or trade marketing experience, with AI marketing knowledge
Schedule
Permanent full-time position (40 hours per week)
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
On-site position (3405 F.-X.-Tessier Street, Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC, J7V 5V5)
