Relationship Manager - Desjardins Agent Team Member

Location: Oakville, ON
Type: Full Time

Position Overview:
A successful Desjardins Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Relationship Manager - Desjardins Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential.

Responsibilities:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Specifically focused on all billing items. As a relationship Manager, you will need to manage all billing concerns, collect payments, drive to the bank to make deposits,
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Assist with thank you cards.
Assist with various seasonal promotions, events, webinars.
Take minutes at meetings.
Some small tasks assigned by Eric Gruscyk. (Personal assistant type tasks as they come up).
Take care of billing needs of agency (accounts receivable).
Booking insurance and financial apointments for Agent.
Charged with Social media postings for Agency (online experience).

Requirements:

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Proactive in problem-solving
Dedicated to customer service
Ability to multi-task
Ability to make presentations to potential customers
A eager and smart person wanting to make this Agency a better place.
