Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Office Manager to lead our dental practice with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional patient experiences, and foster a positive work environment. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold high standards of care, and support the growth of our practice. Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks
Supervise front desk staff, dental assistants, and hygienists to ensure smooth team collaboration and high-quality patient service
Oversee billing, coding, and insurance claims processing using Open Dental or similar dental practice management software
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and ensure proper documentation using electronic medical records systems
Handle human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development
Monitor office budgets, control expenses, and implement cost-effective procedures to maximize practice profitability

Qualifications

Proven experience managing a dental or medical office with strong supervisory skills
Proficiency in Open Dental or comparable dental practice management software
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and medical terminology
Background in human resources management within healthcare settings
Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation
Prior hospital or acute care experience is a plus, especially if related to nursing or medical procedures.
