WHAT WE OFFER
This hybrid position is a 6-month fixed term contract, averaging 40 hours per week with a competitive wage of $31.25 – 38.46 per hour for the term of this contract. Note: the posted salary ranges are estimates and actual salary may vary depending on the experience and qualifications of the candidate.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Raw Material Master Data Specialist (6 Month Contract) is responsible for improving the accuracy, consistency, and governance of raw material master data within Mustang Survival’s ERP system (NetSuite). This position exists to support a critical data-cleansing initiative in preparation for future Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementation.
The incumbent will review and analyze thousands of existing raw material records to identify duplicate, obsolete, and inconsistent entries. They will document the correct material entries utilizing the standardized naming conventions and ensure material certifications and supporting documentation are correctly linked to approved material records.
Success in this role requires resourcefulness and a willingness to dive deep into data “rabbit holes” (with factories, vendors, the material team, designers, and developers) to come up with the right answers. This is methodical, detail-intensive work. The ideal candidate is comfortable spending extended periods in an ERP resolving ambiguous records and finds satisfaction in bringing order to messy systems.
The objective will be to achieve a trusted and accurate raw material database that can be effectively migrated into future PLM systems while improving operational efficiency and material visibility across the organization.
