How You'll Perform the Role

Perform regular QC inspections/checks according to prescribed standard and frequency during the production process to ensure that products conform to the established company’s objectives.
Maintain accurate and timely log sheets, forms, and reports as required by the quality system of the plant.
Ensure that all quality-related records, including those completed by operators and technicians, are properly and accurately filled out
Perform SPC checks, calibration and testing on the lab instruments as required in the plant.
Support the QA Supervisor in conducting investigations and implementing preventive and corrective actions for quality and food safety related issues.
In case of product, packaging and raw material non-conformance, immediately inform (in writing and in-person) the shift supervisor so that immediate containment, rejection, and corrective measures are taken
Provide training and support to the manufacturing team on quality and food safety issues.
Perform daily GMP audits to ensure plant compliance to BRC (GFSI) standards
Understand and audit for compliance to Work Order and Picture Specifications.
Perform all work in a safe manner and fully comply with the Safety and Quality (GMP) policies and procedures of the Company
Any other duties as assigned by the Management

What We Need From You

Minimum 2 years of experience as Machine Operator or equivalent
Team player with multi-tasking abilities
Lift and move product / boxes when required
Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Able to use a desktop computer to enter test results
Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word
Able to read and analyze measurements on lab equipment
Able to work two months day and night rotating shift.
