Full job description

Neo-Image Candlelight Ltd. is a family-owned and operated candle manufacturing company based in Mississauga, Ontario. Since 1976, we’ve proudly designed, manufactured, and distributed candles and home décor products across North America through wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels under the Yummi Candles brand.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Shipper & Receiver eCommerce (Day Shift) to join our Warehouse team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and reliable, with experience in order picking, packing, and shipping. You’ll ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and label e-commerce and wholesale orders for shipment.
Prepare pallets, containers, and crates for outgoing shipments.
Verify goods against invoices or packing slips.
Record shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
Process and update orders in the internal inventory system.
Coordinate with couriers and internal departments regarding shipments and returns.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all company safety procedures and OHSA requirements.

Qualifications:

Secondary school diploma or equivalent experience.
1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving environment.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely and perform physical work throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Forklift experience or valid forklift license is an asset.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Work Schedule:

Full-time: 37.5–40 hours per week
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Overtime may be required during peak periods and is compensated in accordance with the Employment Standards Act.
