We are looking for a Sales Engineer to be added to the existing field sales team in order to hunt, capture and develop new business for our fast growing company.

This position will play a key role in driving new business and growth opportunities for our organization. A background in plastic injection molding is a must. Engineering or tool room experience is highly desirable. This is an incredible opportunity for the right individual to become a part of our dedicated team.

You will drive growth for our core industrial compression and injection molding divisions. In this role, you will manage existing client accounts and pursue new business opportunities across regional manufacturing sectors.Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $50,000 – $75,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
Benefits: Comprehensive health and dental package.
Travel Support: Mileage reimbursement or vehicle allowance.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new B2B sales opportunities for custom rubber and plastic molding.
Manage and grow existing industrial accounts through consultative selling.
Collaborate with engineering teams to review technical drawings and client specifications.
Prepare precise quotes and commercial proposals for manufacturing projects.
Attend industry events and network to expand our regional market presence.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in industrial or manufacturing B2B sales.
Strong understanding of compression molding, injection molding, or rubber/plastics processing.
Strict Requirement: This is a technical B2B role; candidates with only retail sales experience will not be considered.
Ability to read blueprints and understand basic technical engineering drawings.
Local knowledge of the Ontario industrial and manufacturing market is an asset.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for regional travel to client sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
