Job Summary

We are seeking a bi-lingual dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our Service Department operations, providing exceptional administrative support that keeps everything running smoothly. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure seamless communication, efficient data management, and a welcoming phone presence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Duties

Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, transferring calls or taking messages as needed
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, maintaining organized records
Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or email and supporting client or patient needs in a timely manner

Skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
Proven experience with data entry, filing systems, and clerical procedures
Exceptional phone etiquette.
Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new software applications
Ability to perform typing at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
