We need a seasoned salesperson to take all of it to market — someone who will live these products, start conversations anywhere, and build something big with us.

GetBettr. An AI insights engine for any team that talks to customers. It listens to 100% of calls — not the handful a manager has time to review — and turns them into call reasons, sentiment, outcomes, coaching material, and live dashboards within minutes of a call ending. A sales team sees which conversations convert and why; a support desk sees what's driving volume and where customers get stuck; leadership sees it all without listening to a single recording. These offerings feed each other. A GetBettr demo surfaces a legacy-system problem; a hosting client needs an app built; a development project needs a home in our data centre. Your job is to spot the openings and connect them.
You'll own the revenue engine across the portfolio — prospecting, pipeline, demos, proposals, pilots, and closes — leading with whichever offering fits the conversation in front of you. You'll pitch a small business owner over coffee one week and present to executive and public-sector decision-makers the next, so you'll need to move comfortably between a quick, plain-language pitch and a longer procurement cycle. You'll work directly with our leadership and engineering teams to shape pilots, sharpen positioning, and feed what you hear in the market back into the product. And you'll genuinely use GetBettr — we expect you to know the dashboards, the insights, and the "wow" moments well enough to demo it cold, because you'll believe what it does.
You have five or more years of B2B sales experience with a track record of carrying — and beating — a quota, ideally selling software, SaaS, or technology services. You've closed complex, multi-stakeholder deals and can manage a long enterprise or public-sector cycle without losing the drumbeat of smaller, faster wins. You start conversations naturally — at events, on the phone, on LinkedIn, in line for coffee — and you follow them up relentlessly. You can translate technology into plain business value without leaning on buzzwords, which happens to be exactly how we talk at Liberated. Bonus points if you've sold managed services, hosting, or infrastructure; if you've sold into government or regulated industries; if you're comfortable in French as well as English; or if you've worked in or sold to sales, support, or contact-centre teams.
You're not joining a 40-person sales floor to work a territory somebody else carved up. You're the tip of the spear for a company that's 25 years old and profitable, with a services business nearly any organization can buy from and a new AI product entering its growth phase — startup-sized upside without startup-sized risk. The market timing is real: every organization is being asked to do more with less, almost none of them can see what's actually happening in their customer conversations, and the ones with data-residency constraints have almost nowhere else to go. Get in early, build the book, and grow with it — there is a ton of potential in this seat, and the commission structure is built so you feel it.
This is a full-time role based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, working from our office with hybrid flexibility, plus travel to clients and events as needed. Compensation is a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission — we'll talk specifics early in the process, and we think you'll like the upside.
