Full job description

Bilingual: Mandarin, Cantonese & English Required

StudentScholars Private School is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and bilingual Marketing & Program Coordinator to support the promotion, coordination, and growth of our inclusive after-school and weekend programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, experience working with families and children with special education needs, and hands-on experience using WeChat and RedNote for community outreach, marketing, and engagement.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and coordinate inclusive after-school and weekend programs.
Support program registration, scheduling, enrolment, and parent communication.
Regularly create, post, and manage school content on WeChat and RedNote.
Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and families in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
Create bilingual marketing materials, including flyers, newsletters, social media posts, and promotional content.
Work closely with teaching and administrative staff to support student and family needs.
Assist with coordinating programs and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Track enrolment, gather parent feedback, and support program growth and continuous improvement.
Help build relationships within the local Chinese and multicultural communities.

Required Qualifications

Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, both spoken and written.
Experience working with children with special education needs and diverse learning needs.
Strong experience using WeChat and RedNote, including content creation, posting, and account management.
Previous experience in marketing, education, program coordination, community outreach, or a related field.
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Experience creating marketing and social media content.
Familiarity with digital tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, and email marketing platforms.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Creative and confident using social media and digital marketing platforms.
