We are currently looking for an Okta Technical Consultant (Auth0 / CIAM) to join KeyData's Delivery team! In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and deploying Auth0-based Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions for enterprise customers. You will act as a hands-on expert and trusted advisor, helping customers design and deliver secure, scalable, and seamless authentication experiences for their applications. You will lead multiple concurrent deployments while ensuring long-term customer success and adoption. Vacancy Status: Immediate Opening: This position is currently available, and hiring is underway

What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Auth0 solutions
Design and implement secure authentication flows (login, signup, social login, passwordless)
Integrate applications using OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and JWT-based authentication
Build and customize identity experiences using Auth0 SDKs and APIs
Develop integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and modern web technologies
Work across cloud-native and hybrid environments to deliver CIAM solutions
Manage multiple customer projects, ensuring quality delivery and timelines
Mentor customers and development teams on best practices for CIAM implementations
Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve complex issues
Contribute to delivery best practices and reusable frameworks

Who We're Looking For:

Mandatory Requirement: Valid Auth0 Developer Certification/ Okta Consultant Certification
3–5 years of experience in IAM, CIAM, or application security
Strong hands-on experience with OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and token-based authentication (JWT)
Proven experience with Auth0 implementations
Strong development background (JavaScript, Node.js, or similar technologies)
Experience working with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js, etc.)
Understanding of identity lifecycle and access management concepts
Experience working in customer-facing or consulting roles
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Advanced knowledge of Auth0 features and CIAM use cases
Experience with mobile authentication (iOS/Android)
Familiarity with API security and microservices architectures
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of identity governance concepts
CISSP or similar security certifications

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $41 – $48 CAD/hour This is a contract role till December 2026 with a possibility of extension, full-time contract role, working 40 hours a week.
