Our Edmonton client is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst for an initial 5-month contract through December 31, 2026, with potential for extension. In this role, you will maintain core code bases, resolve production incidents, and implement system upgrades within a collaborative technical environment.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support enterprise business software applications.
- Resolve production application issues and critical incidents with urgency.
- Develop SQL scripts and perform database support across Oracle and SQL Server.
- Maintain and improve application source code written in Java or .NET.
- Document technical workflow processes and application configurations.
- Utilize network troubleshooting tools like Wireshark and Netcat to diagnose system issues.
- Contribute technical expertise to major projects and continuous improvement tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting enterprise applications in a production setting.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL programming against enterprise databases.
- Background in Java, C# .NET, or PowerShell application support and development.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex software issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with deployment tools, source control platforms, and batch programming.
