Job Overview
We are seeking a Sr Software Engineer to join our growing team.
Duties:
- Serve as a senior full-stack technical contributor across frontend, backend, database, and cloud services.
- Design and deliver complex software features from concept to deployment.
- Build responsive frontend applications using Angular and React.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Support data-intensive budgeting and reporting workflows.
- Apply AI-assisted software development practices.
- Contribute to AI-enabled product capabilities, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic/vector search, embeddings, and prompt orchestration.
- Address technical debt and resolve production issues.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and peer code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 10 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, and Express.
- Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.
- Strong knowledge of API design and integration.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, CodeRabbit, Greptile, or similar.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, embeddings, and prompt orchestration.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum software development environments.
