Your Key Responsibilities
Build Strong, Trust-Based Relationships:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
- Open and manage customer accounts within the sales process.
- Communicate with clients by phone and email to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products/services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by identifying their specific needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Proactively seize new sales opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Efficiently Manage Orders:
- Prepare quotes, ensuring they are complete and meet customer requirements.
- Enter and manage customer orders accurately and promptly using modern tools (Excel, Zoho CRM).
- Oversee the entire order process, from initiation to delivery, while anticipating solutions to avoid unexpected issues.
Adapt in a Dynamic Environment:
- Prioritize and manage urgent situations by providing fast solutions while maintaining high service quality.
What We're Looking For
- 7 to 10 years of prior experience in B2B customer service in the distribution or manufacturing sector.
- Manufacturing environment experience required.
- Dynamic, engaging personality that thrives on challenges.
- Proactive profile with a strong interest in business growth and development.
- Strong sense of initiative and ability to tackle challenges head-on.
- Mandatory bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, autonomous, and capable of multitasking with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM software (Zoho knowledge is an asset).
- Currently residing in Canada and being a citizen, permanent resident, or possessing a Canadian work permit.
