About Us Loadify is a licensed freight brokerage based in Oakville, ON, managing freight across North America with a network of carriers. We're a fast-moving team and we need someone who can match that pace on the financial side.
The Role We're looking for a sharp, organized Accounting & Finance Coordinator to own the full accounting cycle for our brokerage operations. This is a hands-on role — you'll handle AR/AP, payroll, reconciliations, and work directly with our CPA for tax and compliance. If you're someone who catches errors before they happen and doesn't need to be micromanaged, you'll thrive here.
What You'll Be Doing
- Full-cycle accounts receivable and payable
- Payroll processing and pay stub distribution for staff
- HST tracking and remittance coordination
- Monthly bank reconciliations and financial reporting
- Liaison with external CPA firm for year-end and tax filings
- Managing accounting documentation across the organization
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of accounting experience (logistics/freight industry a strong asset)
- Enrolled in or completed CPA designation preferred
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software
- High attention to detail — errors here have real consequences
- Strong communication skills; comfortable dealing with carriers, vendors, and accountants
- Someone who takes ownership and brings solutions, not just problems
Compensation $50,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience
