Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across digital platforms, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our brand through innovative digital marketing initiatives, including e-commerce, SEO, social media advertising, and content creation. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective outreach.

Responsibilities

A. Sales:

Lead Generation: Research potential clients (developers, consultants, and contractors), maintain prospect lists, and help track the sales pipeline.
CRM Management: Update and maintain client records, contact information, and follow-up activities in internal CRM systems. [1, 2, 3]

B. Marketing:

Collateral & Content: Develop and update marketing materials such as project profiles, brochures, and digital assets.
Digital & Social: Manage the company’s website, email marketing campaigns, and social media platforms to showcase completed projects and company culture.
Job Site Branding: Coordinate the creation, ordering, and installation of site boards, banners, and promotional merchandise.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or project coordination role, preferably within the real estate or construction industries.
Tech Literacy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively relay project details to stakeholders.
Organization: High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
