Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment dedicated to health and customer satisfaction. The Registered Massage Therapist will be responsible for delivering personalized treatments, maintaining client records, and ensuring a high standard of care.

Responsibilities

Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs
Assess client conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns
Comply with all licensing, safety, and health regulations

Qualifications

Valid state licensure or certification as a Registered Massage Therapist
Knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and health conditions
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required
Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a caring attitude at all times
