We are looking for a high-impact Account Executive to help build and scale our mid-market Managed Services business. The right candidate is energized by creating opportunities where they don’t yet exist. You engage prospects and customers with a clear point of view, uncover how their IT environments truly operate, and challenge them to think differently about how IT should be run. You’re comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level, connecting business priorities to real gaps in IT execution, and guiding customers toward a Managed Services model. You are curious, disciplined, and accountable for your pipeline. You bring strong discovery skills, ask thoughtful questions, and listen for what’s not being said. You collaborate deeply with internal teams and position yourself as a trusted advisor—someone customers see as an extension of their own IT organization. Sales Priorities:
- Build and own a pipeline of Managed Services opportunities through proactive outreach, account planning, and expansion within existing accounts

Lead discovery conversations to uncover how IT environments operate, identify gaps, and connect them to business priorities

Expand beyond initial asks to shape opportunities toward broader IT as a Service outcomes

Engage the right stakeholders and validate business drivers, urgency, and readiness for a new operating model

Focus on high-value opportunities with a clear path to Managed Services and apply disciplined qualification to improve win rates

Develop and communicate a clear point of view that links current challenges to business impact and a better way to operate IT

Position Managed Services as a practical, strategic solution and guide customers toward long-term partnership

Collaborate with internal teams and partners to design and deliver solutions that drive customer outcomes and account growth

Contribute to a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Sales Targets:
- Exceed required sales targets in both services and product resell categories for both revenue and margin.

Meet and exceed pipeline generation targets including weekly outbound calls, in-person client sales meetings, and proposals.

Grow Compugen market share in Commercial Mid-Market space

Create, advance and close new opportunities with target and existing clients
- 5 to 10+ Technology Sales Professional experience with strong track record of sales performance in IT Services

A proven track record of establishing executive contacts (“C”, VP and Director-level) and relationships from prior roles with references are a definite asset

Lifelong learner to stay updated on new technology and Compugen's services to provide expert guidance to clients

Experience with governance and account strategy execution

Strong business acumen including written and verbal communication skills
