The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams, coordinating multiple projects, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring work is delivered efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.
We are looking for someone who can bring structure, accountability, and follow-through to a fast-paced business environment.
Position Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations with a strong focus on team leadership, project delivery, workflow coordination, and performance management. This role will work closely with senior leadership to ensure projects are properly planned, staffed, tracked, and completed to expectations.
The ideal candidate has proven experience managing people, assigning work, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and keeping projects moving forward. - Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, strengthen productivity, and support scalable growth.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement operational strategies, policies, procedures, and performance goals.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, project status, staffing needs, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, or partners as required.
- Support workforce planning, training, performance management, and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality requirements, safety standards, and applicable operational procedures.
- Develop and maintain procedural documentation, training resources, and standard operating processes.

- Demonstrated experience managing people, including assigning work, coaching staff, addressing performance issues, and building team accountability.
- Strong project management experience, including planning, scheduling, tracking progress, managing resources, and resolving project issues.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, margin awareness, or P&L accountability is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to improve workflows, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and hold people accountable.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound, data-informed decisions.
