Overview
We are seeking a licensed professional and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services, creating a relaxing and satisfying experience for clients. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your expertise in various beauty treatments while fostering strong customer relationships. A commitment to hygiene, customer service, and continuous learning is essential for success in this position.

Duties

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including body waxing, nail care, and other skincare services with precision and care
Assist clients in selecting suitable treatments and retail products to enhance their beauty routines
Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment areas, adhering to health regulations
Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue opportunities
Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering professional advice, and ensuring a relaxing environment
Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend future appointments or products as appropriate

Skills

Proven experience in body waxing, nail care, and other beauty treatments preferred
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to maintain sanitation standards rigorously for client safety and health compliance
Retail sales experience to confidently promote products and services
Upselling skills to enhance client experience while increasing revenue opportunities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
