Responsibilities:

Provide full range of secretarial and business support to CEO.
Assist CEO in business planning and implementation.
Liase with internal and external parties and ensure all the schedules completing in a proper and timely manner.
Prepare business correspondences, presentation materials, financial reports and meeting munities including documents drafting, translation, emails, letters, etc.
Maintain employee data and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.
Contribute to HR related ad hoc projects where necessary.

Requirements：

Bachelor’s Degree or above.
Over 2 years Human Resources or Secretarial experiences in financial services industry is preferred.
Candidates with experiences or insights in blockchain/cryptocurrency will be a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Intuitive with a positive attitude and proactive work practices.
Mature, well-organized and an excellent team player.
Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12-24 months

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
