SteadyClean is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial Cleaning Subcontractor for an ongoing commercial cleaning contract in Cambridge, Ontario.
This role is ideal for an experienced cleaner already servicing the Cambridge area who is looking for consistent, long-term supplemental work.
Contract Details
- Location: Cambridge, ON
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Time: Afternoon / Evening
- Ongoing contract
- Potential for additional hours and contracts as the site expands
What We’re Looking For
We believe in building strong, lasting relationships with our subcontractors. If you’re someone who shows up, does excellent work, and communicates well, you’ll fit right in.
- MUST live in Cambridge or nearby surrounding areas
- Minimum 2 years commercial cleaning experience
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Must perform the work personally (no outsourcing or sending replacements without prior approval)
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Clean criminal record.
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to take feedback well and respond to requests for improvement.
- Committed to getting the job done right the first time, every time.

Pay: $27.00 – $31.00 per hour. As an independent subcontractor, you are responsible for your own taxes and remittances.
