XL Tool Inc. is currently seeking an experienced professional Tool & Die maker to join our growing team.

XL Tool is a tool and die and custom machining facility that provides high-quality solutions to a diverse range of industries, including Automotive, Nuclear, controlled goods, and other sectors that require custom machining services. MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

Tool & Die trade certificate or 5 – 10 years experience building New Tooling
Able work independently developing Metal Stamping Dies
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with GD&T & specifications.
Able to trouble shoot Dies in a production press environment
Excellent critical thinker with problem solving ability.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Ability to function both independently and in a team environment.
Willing to work overtime if required

Your contributions to the team include:

Ability to determine a Die process sequence per customer information & requirements provided in the Part Print.
Machine effectively and efficiently in a Conventional Machining environment if needed.
Ability to work as a Team.
Work Safely and respectfully
Perform other duties as assigned.
