Our client is a recognized leader in industrial compressed air solutions, serving customers across manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food processing, and other industrial sectors. With a strong reputation for technical expertise and customer service, the company is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking for a General Manager to lead its Ontario division.

Your Mission
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the Ontario operation, including sales, service, operations, administration, and financial performance.
You will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen operational processes, develop talent, increase profitability, and position the business for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across sales, service, and administration
- Drive revenue growth and expand market presence throughout Ontario
- Establish accountability, structure, and operational excellence
- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Manage branch financial performance, budgets, and forecasting
- Improve operational efficiency and scalability
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Support recruitment, workforce planning, and employee development
- Foster a culture of teamwork, customer satisfaction, safety, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Branch Manager, or similar senior leadership role
- Strong experience within an industrial, technical, equipment, service, manufacturing, or distribution environment
- Experience in the compressed air industry is highly preferred
- Demonstrated success leading operations, sales, and service teams
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities
- Ability to build structure, improve processes, and lead change
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on leadership approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent English required; French is an asset
