Salesforce Lead

Location: USA/Canada (Remote)

Duration: 6 month+ can be extendable

No of position: 2

Tentative start date: Immediate

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support and enhance a mission-critical global Salesforce application used by field sales teams. The role involves front-end and back-end development, configuration, integrations, and data architecture, with a focus on best practices, quality standards, and user experience in a complex enterprise environment.Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications using best practices
Build and enhance solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, mobile, desktop, and integrations
Lead and mentor team members on development standards and architecture compliance.
Analyze requirements, determine feasibility, and deliver scalable solutions
Ensure quality control through documentation, code reviews, and adherence to standards
Support deployments, metadata management, and continuous process improvements
Collaborate with global, cross-functional Agile teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of IT experience in enterprise or complex system implementations
Strong experience working with cross-functional teams
Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration
Proficiency in APEX, Lightning (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce best practices
Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL
Experience delivering software solutions in an Agile environment
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Metadata management, CI/CD, and deployment tools
Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Exposure to Change Management, Compliance, Governance, and Vendor Management
Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
Strong understanding of software architecture, quality standards, and governance
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $65.00-$75.00 per hour
