- Competitive wages – range: $60,000 - 70,000 depending on education and experience;

- Provide high level executive administrative support to the Director of Engineering and Sales and Plant Manager and management team.
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating meetings, and site visits.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing communications including emails management, meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
- Travel Coordinator for Canada - implementation and maintenance of travel system; including training and assisting travellers.
- Administrator for local company cars and rental agreements.
- Prepare monthly briefings on Sales Performance Reviews and Operations Performance Reviews
- Support internal to shop floor employees and preparation of townhall content.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Act as an extension of the Executives, representing them with tact, courtesy and professionalism at all times.
- Post secondary education in Business Administration (or related field), or equivalent related work experience.
- 1 to 5 years of executive support experience in a fast paced setting.
- Professional, diplomatic and excellent communications.
- Collaborative with an ability to build relationships.
- Focused on client serviceexcellence, attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple active tasks and several conflicting deadlines.
