We are looking for a creative, energetic, and driven Videographer & Content Creator to join our marketing team and help bring our brand, vehicles, customers, and community initiatives to life through engaging video content.

Position Overview
The Content Creator will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and organizing video content that supports dealership marketing campaigns, vehicle promotions, customer experiences, events, and brand awareness initiatives.
Working closely with our Marketing Team and Social Media Coordinator, you will create platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels while helping build new content initiatives, including a dealership podcast.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production & Filming
- Capture high-quality short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Film vehicle walkarounds, feature highlights, POV drives, and inventory spotlights.
- Record customer delivery experiences, testimonials, and Spotlight Sunday features.
- Capture service department content, promotional campaigns, and dealership events.
- Produce lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content that showcases dealership culture.
- Support coverage of community partnerships, sponsorships, sales events, and special activations.
- Operate cameras, lighting, microphones, gimbals, and drone equipment (where applicable).
Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit 1–3 short-form videos daily.
- Format content for vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) platforms.
- Add captions, subtitles, hook text, branded graphics, music, and transitions.
- Ensure content is optimized for engagement and platform-specific performance.
- Export and deliver finished content according to campaign timelines.
Content Strategy & Collaboration
- Work closely with the Social Media Coordinator and Marketing Team to plan weekly content calendars.
- Participate in content brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.
- Develop creative concepts, recurring content series, and viral content opportunities.
- Assist in launching and producing a dealership podcast.
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement metrics.
Asset Management
- Organize and archive raw footage, edited content, thumbnails, and project files.
- Maintain a structured content library categorized by dealership, campaign, date, and vehicle model.
- Create and maintain consistent file naming conventions and storage systems.
- Build a reusable library of evergreen footage and B-roll assets.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support photography projects when needed.
- Capture promotional assets for paid advertising, email marketing, landing pages, and internal training.
- Attend occasional weekend events and off-site activations.
- Stay current with social media trends, content styles, and platform best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in videography, content creation, digital media, or a related field.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media content trends and best practices.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and composition.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and file management skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between dealership locations as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive content creation.
- Drone operation experience and certification.
- Photography experience.
- Experience producing podcasts or interview-style content.
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, After Effects, or motion graphics.

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
