Responsibilities
Depending on the position, duties may include:
- Loading and unloading materials
- Material handling and inventory support
- Assisting tradespeople and skilled workers
- Maintaining clean and safe work areas
- Operating hand and power tools
- Packaging, sorting, and preparing products for shipment
- General warehouse and production support
- Following company safety procedures and work instructions
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, construction, industrial, or labour experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials safely
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Safety-conscious attitude
- Forklift certification considered an asset
- WHMIS, CSTS, First Aid, Fall Protection, or other safety certifications considered an asset
- Reliable transportation considered an asset
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
Compensation
Compensation will vary depending on position, experience, certifications, shift requirements, and client needs.
