Overview
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Plant Operator and become a vital part of producing high-quality products efficiently and safely. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of manufacturing equipment, monitor production processes, and ensure safety standards are consistently met. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth workflows, optimize machinery performance, and uphold our commitment to excellence. This position offers an engaging environment where your skills directly contribute to delivering top-tier products to our customers.

Duties

Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Conduct routine inspections of machines, identifying and troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Follow detailed production schedules, ensuring timely completion of manufacturing tasks while maintaining quality standards.
Record production data accurately, including output levels, machine performance, and any maintenance activities performed.
Assist in setting up equipment for different production runs, adhering to safety protocols and operational procedures.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machinery to sustain operational efficiency and safety compliance.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems, improve processes, and ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and safety guidelines.
Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate various manufacturing tools and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Good communication skills for clear documentation and teamwork coordination.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on safety and quality standards.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform manual tasks as needed.
Prior experience in manufacturing or plant operations is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
