Job Description

Support and maintain Oracle MICROS POS systems, including Enterprise Management Console (EMC) configuration, programming, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Administer Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Outlook, user mailboxes, email accounts, and Microsoft applications.
Utilize ticketing tools such as ServiceNow to create and manage incidents, requests, and coordinate with support teams.
Install and support endpoint security solutions such as CrowdStrike, hotel door lock software, and Property Management Systems (PMS).
Configure and troubleshoot payment systems, including Ingenico Move devices and integrations with platforms such as Elavon and Fiserv.
Manage IT projects involving system upgrades, patching, and migration across on-premises and cloud environments.
Troubleshoot Windows OS issues, perform server maintenance, manage IT inventory, user access, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Support guest technology services such as TV and Wi-Fi connectivity, and manage platforms such as Checkmate, Sonifi AMP, Aruba, Meraki Cloud Dashboard, and Marriott applications.

Education/Experience

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or related field.
2+ years of IT support experience.
Knowledge of IT security best practices
Experience supporting hospitality technology systems is preferred.
On-call availability for critical IT issues.
Proficient with MAC and OS.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Familiar with a range of software and hardware.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
