Position Summary:
We are seeking a strong React developer who can build complex, enterprise grade applications powered by AI. The ideal candidate understands modern frontend architecture, intelligent workflows, large scale data structures, and can design frictionless user experiences across multi step systems.
You will work on advanced platforms that include legal automation, government workflow applications, AI-assisted drafting tools, document generation modules, dynamic forms, permissions logic, dashboards, multi-entity management, and cloud-based data integrations.
Core Responsibilities:
React Frontend Development
- Build high-quality, scalable applications using React, TypeScript, Redux, Zustand, or similar state tools
- Create modular, reusable UI components that support dashboards, forms, tables, timelines, wizards, and data-driven pages
- Implement multi-step flows for onboarding, entity creation, document assembly, and user task management
- Develop responsive layouts with component libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra, or Tailwind
AI Prompting and Integration
- Build features powered by LLMs, embeddings, and AI decision layers
- Write and refine structured prompts for document drafting, legal text generation, workflow recommendations, and automated insights
- Integrate AI with React-based UI elements such as chat modules, prompt bars, auto-complete suggestions, and knowledge retrieval
- Build interfaces for AI-assisted tasks, including: Document drafting Form completion
- Case summaries
- Legal workflow automation
- Government administrative recommendations
- Auto-generated reports and templated documents
Workflow and Architecture
- Convert business processes into clean, usable system flows
- Implement complex permissions, roles, and multi-level user hierarchies
- Build page types for: Dashboards Client profiles
- Case or file management Government records
- Document libraries
- Notifications and user alerts
- Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs
- Build dynamic forms capable of conditional logic, validation, and multi-step data capture
Data and System Integration
- Work with backend teams for data models, schema planning, and API consumption
- Integrate cloud storage (AWS/GCP/Azure) for file management, document uploads, and retrieval
- Support document generation and templating systems
- Implement secure authentication flows and session management
General Responsibilities
- Participate in sprint planning and architecture discussions
- Convert Figma wireframes and workflows into pixel-perfect interfaces
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and extensibility
- Collaborate on feature designs that require both technical and legal/government understanding
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Solid experience with Redux, Zustand, or other state management
- Strong ability to write and refine AI prompts for LLM integrated workflows
- Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, LangChain, custom pipelines)
- Proficiency in component libraries: Material UI, Ant, Tailwind
- Strong understanding of building enterprise dashboards and workflow systems
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clean UX
- Experience integrating REST or GraphQL APIs
- Understanding of authentication, roles, permissions, and user hierarchies
- Strong debugging, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Must be located in the Toronto area (in-person working sessions as needed)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Next.js
- Knowledge of legal tech, administrative systems, CRM platforms, or government workflow software
- Experience with document generation frameworks (PDF, DOCX templating)
- Familiarity with cloud functions and serverless architecture
- Experience with system-level AI features such as RAG, vector databases, or automated task pipelines
