What you'll be doing
You'll lead the successful installation of our proprietary systems from the beginning of a project through final commissioning.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading crews while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive job site
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and project schedules
- Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
- Planning daily work activities and keeping projects moving forward
- Identifying issues early and solving problems before they become delays
- Preparing daily site reports and communicating project progress
- Coordinating labour, equipment, and materials
- Participating in the fabrication and assembly of equipment before shipment when required
- Ensuring every installation meets Enerstrux's quality standards
- Representing Enerstrux professionally with customers, consultants, vendors, and trade partners
Travel to project sites throughout North America is part of the role.
What we're looking for
You don't need to know everything about our systems. You do need to be someone who enjoys learning, takes ownership, and leads by example. We're looking for someone with:
- 10+ years of construction experience
- Experience leading industrial or commercial construction projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A hands-on approach—you lead from the front
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver's licence
