Weekend Server

Location: Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House – Guelph, ON

Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House is seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Weekend Servers. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Deliver food and beverages while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the dining experience.
Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
Follow all company policies, food safety standards, and health regulations.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress, or Front of House Team Member is preferred.
Experience in a high-volume restaurant, breakfast restaurant, or casual dining environment is considered an asset.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure.
Strong teamwork skills with a positive and professional attitude.
Smart Serve certification is required.

Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to guest satisfaction.

Weekend availability is required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Competitive hourly wage plus tips
