Your Responsibilities as a CSR and Marketing Assistant
Customer Interaction

Answer inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries.

Serve as the first point of contact for current and potential customers.

Provide friendly and professional support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Scheduling and Coordination

Schedule customer appointments and manage technician schedules.

Ensure accurate communication regarding appointments and service details.
Problem Resolution

Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Follow up to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Lead Management
-
Respond promptly to voicemail, email, and online inquiries to nurture leads.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Marketing
- General marketing knowledge and experience

Ability to apply and implement marketing best practices principals

Benefits & Pay
The pay range for this position is $22 to $24 an hour, depending on your experience.
