As a division of Brunswick Lift Rentals, Liftex combines the responsiveness of a local team with the strength, safety standards, and support of a national equipment rental organization.

We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Outbound Sales Representative who enjoys connecting with people, uncovering opportunities, and helping businesses find the right equipment solutions. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on proactive outreach, building relationships, and turning conversations into results.

What You'll Do

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in growing our customer base by reconnecting with previous customers, identifying equipment needs, and uncovering new business opportunities. Working closely with our branch teams, you'll help drive revenue growth while delivering a positive customer experience.

Contact inactive, existing, and prospective customers to identify rental and sales opportunities.
Build relationships through professional outbound calling and customer follow-up.
Learn about customer projects and recommend solutions that support their success.
Generate qualified leads and coordinate opportunities with Branch Managers and sales teams.
Follow up on quotes, past rentals, and customer inquiries to maximize business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records within CRM and customer database systems.
Collaborate with branch operations, sales, and service teams to ensure strong customer support.
Support customer retention initiatives and contribute to branch growth objectives.

Qualifications

Required

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, business development, telemarketing, or a related role.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer proficiency and experience working with business systems or CRM platforms.
Ability to work legally in Canada.

Preferred

Equipment rental, construction, industrial, transportation, contractor supply, or related business-to-business experience.
Experience with lead generation, customer reactivation, appointment setting, or outbound sales.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Knowledge of aerial work platforms, material handling equipment, or the construction industry is considered an asset.
