Lifemark Physiotherapy Springborough (formerly known as West Side Rec Centre clinic) is one of the most well-established physiotherapy clinics in the south-west quadrant of Calgary. With over 150 years of combined clinical experience, our team proudly provides great quality service and a large variety of disciplines and specialties, including chiropractic care, kinesiology, sport medicine, massage therapy, occupational therapy, and acupuncture. We have over 8000 square feet of physical space, 16 treatment cubicles, four private treatment rooms for physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic care, occupational therapy, pelvic health services, and acupuncture. We also have a pilates studio and a large exercise/gym area.
Your impact
As a Lifemark Registered Massage Therapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will:
- Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
- Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
- Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.

Above all, you are driven to grow – both professionally and personally. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
- 1–2+ years of clinic experience (preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply!).
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
