The Big Bounce Theory (TBBT) is looking for a Sales Representative, (Commission only), who will be responsible for building networks and facilitating sales heavily by phone. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending TBBT products, and effectively using communication and relationship-building. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring potential customers have a full understanding of TBBT’s products and represent TBBT professionally. The Sales Representative will earn commissions based on closed deals.

Duties:

Engage with new customers and foster positive connections to build a network by phone.
Effectively utilize sale strategies to gauge interest in Big Bounce Theory’s products or services.
Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
Ability to manage high volume interactions while ensuring excellent customer service.
Maintain sales pipeline, records of customer interactions, sales activities, and timely follow-ups.
Utilize active listening in all conversations and interactions.
Tailor pitches and conversations to each customer, using the agreed-upon conversation guidelines.
Build trust with customers quickly and create urgency without using pressure tactics.
Attend your clients local events.
Meet required daily call quotas, boosting profitability.
Maintain confidentiality of customers’ personal details acquired through sales transactions.
Draft and provide contracts and documentation of transactions for the customer and TBBT, for the Sales Manager.
Stay updated on product updates, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings.
Other duties, as required.

Qualifications

At least two (2) years’ experience in sales.
Previous experience selling high-ticket items would be considered a strong asset.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently.
Comfort with Commmission only role.
Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and results driven.
Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced interactions and environment.
Post secondary education and high school graduation a must.
Valid passport, class 5 drivers license, clear drivers abstract, and clear Police Information Check are required for the position.
