Core Responsibilities of the Position:

Provide support for individuals to set and reach personal goals
Support individuals to participate in the community; including educational, recreational, and religious activities
Assist individuals with personal care, as required; including medication administration, bathing, skin care, and personal hygiene
Provide support to complete duties within the home; including maintaining a clean and safe environment and the preparation of nutritious meals
Assist with the development and maintenance of social and personal relationships
Provide information to individuals to support the development of informed decision-making skills
Complete computerized documentation, daily reporting and medical follow-up, etc.
Promote the mission and values of the organization in the workplace and community

Requirements

Vulnerable Sector Check (6-months current)
Valid Class "G" Ontario Driver's License (Agency vehicle will be available while providing supports)
3-year driver's abstract
Proof of $2million third party liability insurance

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.38-$25.06 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
