Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food preparation and cooking expertise, and a passion for hospitality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage kitchen operations, oversee food safety standards, and inspire a team dedicated to culinary excellence. Candidates with restaurant management experience and a background in the food industry are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
Oversee food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper storage of ingredients
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen environment
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate service and meet customer expectations
Lead menu development and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience
Uphold food safety standards and monitor adherence to sanitation protocols
Serve as a leader in the kitchen, demonstrating professionalism and fostering teamwork

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant operations
