Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of freight. Duties

Coordinate and schedule freight deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch of shipments.
Utilize Transportation Dispatch Systems to track and manage shipments effectively.
Communicate with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders via phone systems to relay important information.
Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and improve delivery efficiency.
Maintain accurate records through data entry related to shipments and deliveries.
Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers and partners.
Monitor the status of shipments and address any issues that may arise during transit.

Skills

Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clear verbal interactions.
Ability to analyze data effectively for decision-making purposes.
Familiarity with freight logistics and transportation processes.
Experience with phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
