Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front of House Manager to oversee daily operations in our bustling restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food service knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves supervising staff, managing restaurant functions, and ensuring adherence to food safety and hospitality standards. The Front of House Manager will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming environment while ensuring efficient service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring high-quality customer service.
Oversee food preparation and serving processes to maintain food quality and safety standards.
Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling procedures.
Lead team management activities including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Monitor restaurant operations to optimize workflow, seating arrangements, and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest experiences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area in accordance with health regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service timing and quality control.
Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food service or restaurant management; supervising experience preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms; cash handling expertise required.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Background in hospitality or hotel experience is a plus; barista or bar management experience is advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interview, train, and evaluate staff effectively.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, food industry standards, and kitchen processes is highly desirable. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable dining experiences.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
