We are expanding our sales team and are looking for an energetic, confident, and self-motivated Sales Representative who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities.
Position Summary
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new customers, promoting our roofing and kitchen cabinet solutions, and generating sales through direct field marketing and relationship building.
This role involves extensive outdoor customer visits, cold calling, and prospecting throughout Saskatoon and surrounding communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door prospecting in residential neighborhoods to identify homeowners interested in roofing services.
- Visit commercial businesses, construction companies, developers, property managers, and project sites to introduce GWC Innovations Limited.
- Generate qualified sales leads through cold calling and face-to-face meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present roofing and kitchen cabinet products and services professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Schedule appointments for detailed consultations and quotations.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Attend sales meetings and participate in ongoing product training.

Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Access to a reliable vehicle is considered an asset.
- Experience in construction, home improvement, renovation, or direct sales is an advantage.
Eligibility
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: CAD $1,000 per month
