Job Title: Independent Sales Representative – B2B & Door-to-Door (CCTV Security)

We specialize in top-tier CCTV camera system installations for both commercial and residential properties. As a fresh voice in the local market, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, reliable, and tailored security solutions to protect our community's homes and businesses.

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated, entrepreneurial, and experienced Door-to-Door (D2D) and B2B Sales Representatives to help expand our local footprint. In this role, you will have absolute freedom. This is a 100% remote, commission-only position where you act as your own boss. You choose when you work, where you prospect, and how much you earn. If you are a self-starter with a proven track record in field sales, this is an uncapped earning opportunity with unlimited potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outdoor prospecting, targeting local commercial businesses and residential neighborhoods.
Generate leads, introduce our CCTV installation services, and close sales on-site.
Manage your own sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signing.
Act as a professional brand ambassador for The Camera Guys in the local community.

Requirements:

Proven experience in door-to-door (D2D), B2B, or direct field sales.
Ownership of a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license (essential for traveling to prospects).
Strong self-discipline, resilience, and the ability to work independently without supervision.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for high-ticket closing.
