Responsibilities

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to persuade potential buyers.
Manage multiple sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) system operations.
Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote featured items effectively.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers about product features, technical specifications, and usage tips.

Requirements

Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a diverse customer base.
Prior experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred; familiarity with product demos is a plus.
Technical sales experience involving complex products or solutions will be advantageous.
Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively across multiple customer interactions.
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, to build rapport with clients.
Basic math proficiency for handling transactions accurately and performing simple calculations.
Experience with cashiering, cash handling, POS systems, and merchandising standards is beneficial.
Bilingual candidates who can communicate fluently in English and another language are encouraged to apply.
