Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior QA Lead to spearhead our quality assurance initiatives across diverse software projects. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of QA engineers, develop comprehensive testing strategies, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software products. Your expertise in both manual and automated testing, combined with your leadership skills, will drive continuous improvement and excellence in our testing processes. Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to execute test plans, cases, and automation scripts effectively across multiple platforms including mobile (Android and iOS) and web applications.
Develop, implement, and maintain robust testing frameworks utilizing tools such as TestNG, Selenium, JUnit, and Visual Studio to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Design and execute automated test suites for mobile applications using JavaScript, Python, C#, and other relevant technologies to accelerate testing cycles.
Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate testing processes within DevOps pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and TFS.
Conduct performance testing and analyze results using SQL databases such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and PL/SQL to identify bottlenecks or issues.
Perform data analysis to identify trends or recurring issues in software quality metrics; utilize insights to improve testing strategies.
Oversee the documentation of test results, defect tracking via Jira or similar tools, and ensure timely resolution of issues before release.

Requirements

Proven experience leading QA teams in a fast-paced software development environment with a focus on mobile (Android/iOS) and web applications.
Extensive knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Visual Studio, and related automation frameworks.
Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, C++, Bash (Unix shell), HTML/CSS/PHP for UI testing and automation scripting.
Hands-on experience with database management systems including MySQL, SQL Server (Microsoft SQL Server), Oracle (PL/SQL), and JDBC connectivity.
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux; experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control systems like Git (GitLab/GitHub), SVN, TFS; continuous integration/delivery pipelines using Jenkins or Maven.
Knowledge of computer networking principles and RESTful API testing for backend validation.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets; excellent attention to detail for defect identification and troubleshooting.
