Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Server/Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you’ll serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, craft delicious drinks, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service will be key to thriving in this fast-paced environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service and hospitality while contributing to a lively, engaging atmosphere.

Duties

Take accurate orders from guests for food and drinks, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff.
Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, following standard recipes and safety guidelines.
Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds swiftly and accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations in accordance with food safety standards.
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns promptly.
Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling, serving, and alcohol service to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Experience

Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred; familiarity with serving and bartending is a plus.
Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours.
Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in hospitality settings.
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
