We would like you to join our team as a Senior Full-Stack Developer.
We are building and improving My Viva Plan, an innovative digital wellness platform spanning both mobile and web. In this role, you will help accelerate delivery of polished, user-centred product experiences by working closely with UX/UI designers, product stakeholders, QA, and our broader development team. You will turn design concepts into high-quality React and React Native implementations, support backend integration using .NET, and use Claude Code to speed up prototyping, component development, refactoring, and front-end UX/UI improvements while maintaining strong engineering standards.
Role Overview
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will act as a key technical bridge between UX/UI design and core engineering. You will design, build, improve, and deploy modern web and mobile experiences using React, React Native, TypeScript, and .NET. You will collaborate directly with designers to validate feasibility, refine interaction patterns, create reusable components, and prepare implementation-ready work that can be integrated into the broader product. You should be comfortable owning work from planning through deployment, mentoring others, reviewing code, and helping the team make practical technical trade-offs.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Build, maintain, and improve mobile applications using React Native, with consideration for iOS and Android deployment requirements.
- Develop and integrate backend services, APIs, and business logic using .NET and C#.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and user flows into high-quality product experiences.
- Use Claude Code to support front-end UX/UI development, including rapid prototyping, component implementation, refactoring, and interface improvements.
- Partner with product, QA, and core development teams to clarify requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, integration needs, and release readiness.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, estimation, and delivery sequencing.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code.
- Review code, provide constructive feedback, and support continuous improvement across the development team.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and pre-production issues across web, mobile, and backend systems.
- Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, release management, quality assurance, and deployment processes.
- Help improve reusable components, design-system alignment, accessibility, responsiveness, and mobile performance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience developing web applications and mobile applications.
- Strong professional experience with React for web application development.
- Strong professional experience with React Native for mobile application development.
- Strong backend development experience with .NET and C#, including API development and integration.
- 5+ years of experience working directly with UX/UI designers to build and deploy web and mobile applications.
- Demonstrated experience shipping production applications used by real customers or internal business users.
- High proficiency with Claude Code for quickly prototyping and developing software, especially translating UX/UI concepts into functional React and React Native experiences while maintaining strong engineering standards.
- Experience working with REST APIs, authentication flows, data models, and modern application architecture.
- Experience with Git-based workflows, pull requests, branching strategies, and code review practices.
- Experience working in Agile teams using Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools.
- Experience applying WCAG accessibility standards, OWASP secure development practices, and SOC 2-aligned controls in modern web, mobile, and backend development environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, product stakeholders, QA, and developers.
Technical Skills
